All support for Office 4.2/4.3 ended on Nov. 1st 2000
Since Office 4.x we have released Office 95, 97, 2000, XP and most recently
Office System 2003
So you are 5 versions behind the current supported products.

Microsoft Product Support is at

We no longer carry any downloads etc for the Office 4.2/4.3 products
The modern products Such as Excel 2003 can access older versions data
