Microsoft Office 97 Professional Edition

I have Office 97 Professional Edition. Which of the
numerous upgrades available are compatible with the Office
97 edition. Can I upgrade to the latest version or must I
upgrade to one of the earlier editions in order to avoid
compatibility problems. I am using Window 98 Second
Edition. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks. Burt C.
