Microsoft Office Access can't find the wizard

I receive the message below when trying to import to access or link files (of
any type)...was previously working; only change to environment was
installation of MS Desktop Search. I've tried detect & repair as well as a
full re-installation. Any ideas on what to fix in the registry?

"Microsoft Office Access can't find the wizard. This wizard has not been
installed, or there is an incorrect setting in the Windows Registry, or this
wizard has been disabled. To reenable this wizard, click the Microsoft Office
Button, and click Access Options. Click Add-Ins, and then in the Manage list,
click Disabled Items, and then click Go. Rerun Microsoft Office Access or
Microsoft Office Setup program to reinstall the wizards. If the missing
wizard is not a Microsoft Office wizard, reinstall it using the Add-in
Manager."

Thanks John. Forgot to mention that I tried searching MS website as well as
casting a wide net via google.

Found an Office 2003 hotfix...but I'm using Office 2007. Also tried to
leverage M.Murphy's solution for a similar issue in Office 2000 premium by
renaming the accde files and reinstalling wizard, no luck.

Last attempt was to copy the wizard related accde files from my other pc
where Access 2007 is working okay and had no luck there.

Seeing anyone has a registry solution is my final hope.
