Microsoft Office Application Recovery

I am running Windows 2000 Server w/ Office XP and I
noticed Microsoft Office Application Recovery is not
enabled. I used MS office XP resource kit to creative
my .MST file and noticed Microsoft Office Application
Recovery was not part of the option. Is there any reason
why
Microsoft Office Application Recovery is turned off in
Terminal Services???
