Microsoft Office clip-art - copyright issues

MC

I run a word processing bureau and own and use Word 97 and
Microsoft Office 97. I have been asked to design a brochure
to be printed on behalf of a care home for people with
learning disabilities. They do not want to infringe any
legal or copyright issues relating to the use of Microsoft
Office clip-art. I have been unable to find any clear-cut
guidelines on the subject. Location is United Kingdom. Can
anyone advise, please? EULA is not specific enough on the
actual clip-art images.

The general gist of the issue is that you can use the images in a document
you create, even if it is for commercial purposes. What you can't do is
resell the images. For more, see
