Microsoft Office Document Imaging (MODI) - Error message

I am encountering this error message "An error was encountered while trying
to send text to Word. Please verify that Word is installed properly" when
attempting to convert from a MODI/TIFF or MODI/MDI file to Word.

I am using MODI for the first time!!!; Office 2003 SP3, Windows XP Media
Center Edition, V 2002 SP3. Do not be misled, I have not had any issues with
Word!

Any ideas out there?
