Microsoft Office Document Imaging problem

Andreas

When trying to make annotations permanent I receive a
error of:
"There is not enough memory to complete this operation."

CPU usage sky-rockets to 100%.

I am working on a .tif with the size of 125 KB and all I try to do is to
insert a small, small line. The machine I´m on has 1 GB of RAM and 3.5 Ghz
processor. Free space on hd is 22 GB. No other program is run otherwise than
Microsoft Office Document Imaging.

Anyone have a clue what might cause this and more interesting, anyone have a
solution?

You might be having video driver issues.

Try this,
Slide the acceleration down on your adapter, control panel, display folder,
settings tab, advanced button, troubleshoot tab. Slide down the acceleration a
few notches, does the annotations work now?

If this clears up your issue you need to go to the manufacturer's web site of
your graphics card and update your driver.

Mary,

Sorry to say that the problem persists.
Thanks for the suggestion though.
