Microsoft Office Document Imaging

I am trying to scan an image to convert it to text. I am
able to scan my document but when I try to send the text
to Microsoft Word it gives me an error message that
reads "The server threw an exception". It doesn't give
any more information than that. What is this and how can
it be fixed?

Do you have Norton? Try disabling it when you are doing this process, or disable the
"script blocking" and the "Office plug-in's".
