I have a bit of a weird scenario developing..
We our migrating our customer from Windows NT 4.0 to
Windows XP and we're about %80 through the migration. Our
customer has an imaging initiative which has been going on
for several years and one of the project managers for the
imaging project recently discovered that they cannot open
a TIFF image under Windows XP. It works fine under
Windows 2000 and NT 4 because a TIFF image is opened by
default by Wang Imaging. This program appears to no
longer be available under Windows XP.
When I attempt to open a TIFF using Microsoft Office
Document Imaging I recieve the following error:
"The selected file is not a valid Microsoft Office
Document Imaging file"
Does anyone know of a way either to get the Microsoft
Office Document Imaging program to open these or of
another utility to use?? Thanks in advance. DB.
