We have Office 2003 on Windows XP, professional SP1
boxes. When a user, who is set up as a power user on the
box, pulls up a .tiff/.tif image in Office Document
Imaging they are unable to print. The same user set up as
an administrator on the box can pull up the same image and
is able to print. This user was previously using Office
XP on a Window 2000 professional SP4 box and was set up as
a power user. They were able to pull up the same document
and print without problem. Any suggestion on how to what
is causing this problem. We have hundreds of users that
this is effecting and making them all administrators is
not going to happen.
