Microsoft Office Document Imaging

I use Office Document Imaging software (v 11.0.1897.0) for managing my
scanned and saved doscuments. There is an option on the toolbar for using a
Pen, Highlighter, inserting Textbox and Picture. However although I click on
the options in fact nothing happens. Nothing is added to the document so
those tools are useless.
Does anyone know, please, how I can get them to work?

Hi Sandalsman,

You may want to try repairing the Office installation
as well as clearing out your temporary files using
Start=>Programs=>Accessories=>System Tools=>Disk Cleanup.
(also use Start=>Run and type in %TEMP%
to see what files have accumulated there.
