Microsoft Office Document Imaging

In Office 2003, we use Microsoft Office Document Imaging to run OCR on tiff
images. When asked if we want to save the document, we say yes and it
appears to save the document with no error messages. However, when reopening
the document, it wants to use OCR again. The permissions have been checked
and Indexing Service is running.
