I am trying to use the Microsoft Office Document Scanner and it produces
white image (no scan). I have Vista 64 bit.
When I scan using the scan button on my machine and the proper settings
under the scanner, it scans fine. So there is nothing wrong with the scanner
or its communication with Vista. It is only when I use the scanner utility
in office.
Any suggestions on why this is happening?
