Microsoft Office Document Scanner

Greetings all.


ok, the background.

MODS (Microsoft Office Document Scanner) has been working for years an
all computers within the company. Which is fine and dandy, however
several new moons ago, 1 issue has been constant on 1 Desktop.


I keep getting the following message.

Cannot Connect to Scanner.
Confirm Scanner Connection.


I can print to the printer fine (Konica Minolta 7222-7235/IP-424) bu
it wont get to the scanned files part.

Like I said. I can print to the printer fine with that 1 desktop,
just seem unable to get it to connect to the scanner part.

Yet. Every other laptop/desktop/server in the company doesn't have tha
problem.
