Microsoft Office (error message)

I have tried to download the Microsoft Office 2007 programs like WOrd, excel,
publisher, powerpoint, etc. It downloaded but it keeps coming up with an
error message "Microsoft Office requires the file msointl.dll to run. Run the
setup again to assure proper installation.
