Microsoft office for Home and student 2007 (60 days trial)

After downloading ,i have being having problems to activate this software.
Always get the message,i quote; A communication error has occurred.Your
request cannot be processed at this time.pls try again in a few minutes.;``
thats being on since days now..anybody out there with suggestions?
