Microsoft office for Windows XP

We currently have Microsoft Office 2000 loaded on another
PC operating under Windows 98. Can we load Office 2000
to this new PC operating under Windows XP?

Office 2000 will run on Windows XP or are you asking whether you are legally
allowed

Yes, although under the terms of the license, you should remove the
application from the 1st PC before installing on 2nd.
