Microsoft Office Forms Server and Search Server 2008 Express

Does anyone know if these two products can work together. They are both part
of the SharePoint Products and Technologies group so I would have thought so
but I'm getting a stop message as soon as I start the installation on either
product when the other one is already installed. We have Search Server 2008
Express installed in a WSS 3.0 environment and want to move to MOFS 2007
becuase we can't afford MOSS 2007 at the moment. The stop message says
"Microsoft Office Forms Server may not be installed with any other Office
Server product"
