Microsoft office home and student

Hi I purchased Microsoft office home and student but cant find it to
open...its there as I go to MY computer and have the option to
Repair/uninstall but not open...does any1 know where I maybe able to
find it and if I do uninstall it and try again will that leave me with
only 1 installation left (as in you get 3 with the program) Thanx any1
who can help.

You have put the CD/DVD in the drive and installed it to the computer
haven't you? If not that is the first thing to do.

If already done, Click Start, Programs (or all programs), Microsoft Office
and look in there to see if you have Word, PowerPoint and Excel. If not you
probably haven't installed it.

If it has been installed it doesn't take away another install for
installation on the same computer. The license is for three concurrent
(same time on 3 computers) and not three installations total.

Thank you so much it is there I just assumed there would be a shortcut
icon on my desk top and the ms home/student would also have a icon not
just look like a file if that makes sence...but anyway thanks again.
