Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word Problem

Hi,

I am creating an automated application which uses
Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.dll
But iwas not able to find where the dll is, after searching in net i found
that it comes automatically with the office kit

So by checking the GAC (.NET 2.0 Assebley cache) i found the dll inside it

with following details

Version :12.0.0.0
Publice Key Version : 71e9bce111e9429c

But still i am not able to add refresnce to that in Visual Studio 2005 (C#
project)

Please help me
