microsoft office keyboard problem

with the 2.2 intelitype program installed, the volume -
and + do not work using the hot volume keys. the mute
does work and show a graphic but no volume. It inicially
worked but then stopped when I rebooted the computer. I
tried installing start32.exe but same thing. also
noticed when I press ctrl, alt, del keys at same time I
don't get anything popping up. the only other program I
installed today was corel wordperfect 10....help

You might want to post this to a group that deals with Microsoft Hardware,
as it is not an Office program related question. Also, you may have messed
up your shortcuts when you installed Corel - ask in a Corel news group for
that one.
