Microsoft Office Keyboard

I have a Microsoft Office Keyboard and it works very
well. There is one thing I would like to change about
it. When the system boots, the default is for the
keyboard to start with the F Lock set to off. I would
like for it to start with the F Lock set to on. Thanks
for any help, Vik.
