Microsoft office:mac 2004 student/teacher edition

Having an installation problem. As far as I know the test
version that came with my powerbook G4 is gone so that is
not it. I keep getting the explorer page that comes upo
with all the read me and cannot get to the welcome page
with the 6 install steps. Thanks for any help.

Did you use the uninstaller or did you remove it manually ??? You can
give it a second try using the uninstaller that you'll find on the
Office 2004 install D.

If the installer is a problem for you you can also try to install the
app through a simple drag and drop to /Applications.
I would strongly suggest though that before you do anything, you'd
repair Permissions on your hard drive using DiskUtility and you make
sure that everything is up to date (you didn't mention what version of
the system you are running).
