I bougth a Dell computer years ago preloaded with Office.

I then bought the Office 2000 upgrade. I have now bought
a new computer.

How can I load Office if I do not have the original Office
discs as the were preloaded.

I do have the upgrade disc.

Please advise.

Thank you.

You cannot. When you installed the upgrade on the old system the OEM licence
became assimilated into the upgrade licence and the two are now conjoined
and cannot be separated. The OEM licence will not work as a qualifying
product on the new system (especially if it's part of a 'recovery' disc).
Therefore your only choice is to use the 2000 disc as a QP for an upgrade to
XP or 2003.
