Microsoft Office Online Beta Authorization Error Page

When I try to use the Help function of the 2007 Beta I get sent to page:
http://officebeta.iponet.net/en-us/help/FX100743211033.aspx which is the
"Microsoft Office Online Beta Authorization Error Page." I login to
Live/Passport, follow the instructions on the page to setup my security
settings, even autodetected and saved my program list and I still can't use
the Office Online help page. It also says I'm "not a 2007 Microsoft Office
Beta release user" however I obtained valid keys from Microsoft. Any ideas?
