I use Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 on Wndows XP. For junk emails I receive
in Outlook, I right click the email and create a rule that automatically
sends that email to the junk mail folder. For the past several months,
multiple copies (e.g. 20 copies)of the same email appear in my junk mail
folder, resulting in hundreds of copies of junk mail every day or two. How
can I correct this so that only one copy of mail selected for deletion to the
junk mail folder appears in the junk mail folder? Thanks, Lester
