Microsoft Office Outlook - Enter Password

Folks,

This just started happening..... on our Citrix Server
Citrix MetaFrame XP
Win2K sp4
Office 2003 Pro

Everytime a user logs into Citrix - then opens Outlook - everything is
fine.....

She then goes to click on an email and gets this "pop-up"...

Across the dialog box it says Microsoft Office Outlook - Enter Password

The 3 line box appears below requesting

Username
Password
Domain Name

The "OK" button is greyed out..... the only other buttons are "Cancel" or
"Change Password"

It does not appear to be happening to her local account - Just the Citrix
account.

It also lets them send and receive - it is just annoying.

Please advise.
