Microsoft Office Outlook Test Message

I have started getting this email yet I have not initiated the test. Is this
a new feature or something more sinister?

"This is an e-mail message sent automatically by Microsoft Office Outlook's
Account Manager while testing the settings for your POP3 account."

You can send a test message in your account settings. This feature existed
since Outlook 2002/XP. You can use the message header to see if it was
actually send through your computer.
