Microsoft Office outlook warnings while closing outlook

Hi
While i close the outlook, i get the Microsoft office outlook warnings as
"The attachment of the message (Subject of the mail) has been changed. Do you
want to same the changes to this message". With Option "Yes" / "No". I need
to press No, every time. What is annoying is, some time I need to press NO
to this message as many times as the attachments I had opened though I had
closed the all the attachments and also the application related to the
document. I still get this message.

It is pain... Is there any way I can avoid this or just press only once to NO.

Did you close all the open emails as well before closing Outlook?
