Microsoft Office Outlook

I am a Windows XP Home user with office student and teacher edition 2003. I
have never been able to send emails from outlook only my wanadoo broadband
and outside email accounts e.g. university, gmail etc. Up until now I have
been able to launch outlook but never send emails. Yesterday when I tried to
launch outlook it came back with a message: cannot start microsoft office
outlook. Unable to open the outlook window. Can anyone help please!

Have you configured Outlook with your POP3 & SMTP information in order to use
it to retrieve mail from any of your email accounts? Have you ever been able
to receive emails using Outlook?

I have tried to set up both gmail and msn/hotmail however to no avail. Have
never been able to receive emails using outlook.
