Microsoft Office Picture Manager

I am using Office 03 with MSPicture Manager as my default viewer for
pictures. With HP scanning, and saving tif files, how do I with Picture
Manager view multiple images? I have a tif image of 4 images but can only
bring up the first one to edit.

You will need to use a viewer that support multi page tiffs. Microsoft
Office Document Imaging OR Windows Picture and Fax viewer are a couple.
