WHY WHEN i TRY TO PRINT WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE PICTURE THE PRINTER GOES DIRECT
TO FAX.

Do you have a printer driver installed? Is it your default printer?

And turn down the caps - You're yelling at us and we didn't do anything to
make you yell, yet.
