Microsoft <office product> help

Hi,

I came here to ask this question because my problem
appears in all office products on a few systems only. I
am using MS Office XP Pro and I have a few users that
don't see the 'Answer Wizard' or 'Index' under 'Help'|
Microsoft <office product> help. The odd thing is that
they can all see the 'Content' tab. Do I need to
run 'Detect and Repair' on these systems or is there
another way to fix this?
