Microsoft Office Product Key problem

I have typed in the Product Key that I received in an e-mail for my a trial
thing of Microsoft Office. As I was looking at my computer, I noticed a
Product Key on the bottom of the laptop. I've tried entering that Key to
"convert" from the trial to the full version, but I am receiving a message
that it is invalid/incorrect. How is it incorrect/invalid if I'm copying it
directly from the sticker from my computer?
I copyed this question cause the same thing happened to me.

Because the key on the casing of your computer is NOT an Office key - it's a
WINDOWS key.
That's why it doesn't work.
