Microsoft Office Prof. 2003 Error

Everytime I click on a office dcument to open it, Office opens and gives me
this meessage "The command cannot be performed because a dialog box is open.
Click OK, and then close open dialog boxes to continue". I click ok and then
it opens the document everytime. To mu knowledge there are no dialog boxes
open. Please advise on a solutuion

Open Norton Anti Virus and clear the Office Add-in option.
