Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003

I had a computer that I had installed Microsoft Office Professional Edition
2003 on and it was going bad. My CD was destroyed by a little person about 6
months ago. I backed up the program on a jump drive along with everything
else. The computer finally died and I had to replace the hard drive. I
tried to restore my Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 from the jump
drive and now I can't make it work. Is there something special you have to
do? I have my OEM number but can't figure out where to enter it either.

Nice try but it can't be done. At this point your only option is to buy
Office and it will probably have to be 2007 unless you can find an old copy
of 2003.

OEM Office CD will need to be acquired from the folks/vendor that sold
you the computer.
