microsoft Office professional SP2

Service Pack 2

I am having trouble trying to figure out instructions for downloading SP2.
I understand that ActiveX Control needs to be running to accomplish this &
I have folloowed the information to trouble shoot when nothing happens when
I click on "ActiveX contol" in info bar.
i am using windows XP Professional.
Help!
