microsoft office proffesional hybrid 2007

I am having a problem. When I start Outlook 2007 a installation starts at the
same time. This try's to installl somthing called microsoft office
proffesional hybrid 2007, but ends up with an error message saying that it
cant get acsess to modyfy some file in the registry. The path is like this:
HKEY_LOKAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\internet
explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_RESTRICT_ACTIVEXINSTALL

Anyone that has an answer?
