Microsoft Office Project Server Events Service doesn't start

Hello,
I noticed that in the "Administrative Tools / Services" dialog, the service:
"Microsoft Office Project Server Events Service" doesn't start while it's
set to "Automatic".
I have to start it manually.
What could be the cause?

hum.... not any event log error related to this issue (from my point of
view, which is not that of an expert)

Thanks for your help. But as you can guess, i'm a learning beginner. Where
is the ULS log ?

No problem

Unless you've changed the location, it should be in:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server
Extensions\12\LOGS\

Also, did you check both the System and Application event logs? There
should at least be something in the System log about the service
starting and then immediately stopping.
