Microsoft Office Setup cannot contin

I'm attempting to upgrade from Ofice 2000 to 2003 and am
getting the "Microsoft Office Setup cannot continue
because the Installation Source Has Been Corrupted"
message immediately after entering the product key. I've
worked through all the steps in KB 820930. I first
encountered the problem under W 2000 and then upgraded to
XP Pro SP1 and the problem persists.

Any ideas??

Did you perform the in place upgrade/re-installation of Win XP?
If this did not work, you may have to reinstall Win XP to do the Office 2003 install.
