Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar

I use the Shortcut Bar quite often, but there is something
that troubles me. Many years ago I used a computer with
Windows 98 and Office 97 and every time I turned it on, the
Shortcut Bar would appear on the screen without having to
do anything.

Today I use a computer with Windows XP Home Edition and
Office 2000 Professional and I still like to use the
shortcut Bar, but it never appears when I turn my PC on
like it did when I had Windows 98 and Office 97. I now
have to click on the "Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar" on the
menu to make it appear.

Is there a way to make this tool appear as soon as I get to
the desktop like in the old PC? I hate going back and
click on the link everyday.

Sure; just drag a link to the Office Shortcut Bar to your START | PROGRAMS |
STARTUP menu.
