Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar.

I have been using Office Small Buisness 2002 and fell totally dependent on
the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar> super handy when working in numerous
office programs! You know.... it hides on the side of your screen until you
touch curser to side.
NOW, I have purchased Laptop with "Office Professional 2003" installed, and
there appears to be NO TOOLBAR. Can't find anywhere.THis is not good!
Can anyone advise on how to implant(add-in) just the shortcut bar component
into Office Prof. 2003??
Or any other option that will help
