Microsoft Office Shortcut Toolbar

Sounds like a minor problem, but after upgrading from
Office Pro 200 to Office Pro 2003, I have lost my Office
Toolbar. I use this on my desktop to open my most used
programs. I don't seem to be able to find it anymore.
Can you help me??
