Microsoft Office Small Business Setup Wizardhas encountered a pro.

I am getting the message: Microsoft Office Small Business Setup Wizardhas
encountered a problem and needs to close when trying to install Accounting
Express 2008 UK edition.
I have tried the steps in KB932000 to uninstall and resinstall .net
framework 2.0 but it still does not work.

Not sure if relevant but...
In my add/remove programs I have .net 1.1 and .net 1.1 Hotfix installed
however these I cannot uninstall as I get the message this action is only
valid for installed products.
I used the windows install cleaner to remove but they still appear in the
add/remove programs
