Hello. Sorry if I am posting to the wrong group but I did not see a listing
for the Groove 2007 Program. I am having a problem with Groove Preferences
NOT seeing that I have Microsoft Live One Care installed on my computer.
I purchased my One Care from Best Buy a year ago and then renewed it again
directly from Microsoft. It is valid until 2009, so, I know it is legit but
for some strange reason Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007's Groove Program is
telling me that it is NOT on my computer.
Under the Preferences section in Groove 2007 I clicked on Options and File
Settings and then "-TRIED-" to check the box to SCAN Incoming/Outgoing Files
for Viruses.
However, Grove 2007 gives me a pop up that says: "Groove is unable to
provide additional Virus Scanning because NO providers are Installed". I've
had Microsoft Live One Care on my computer for 2 years now.!! How can it NOT
be installed.?
Could someone please give me instructions on what needs to be done.?
