microsoft office word 2003 step by step

I installed this program on my pc thinking it was word but it wasnt. Now i
have the proper microsoft office installed the step by step interferes with
it somehow. I have tried to uninstall the step by step but it says there was
a fatal error and to contact MSDN. The microsoft office word 2003 step by
step is still on my pc and i cannot get rid of it. Can someone please help
me? I have done a system search to find where the files are for this program
so i could manually delete them but i cannot find them.

Are you saying you purchased "Microsoft® Office Word 2003 Step by
Step", installed the CD, and now you are trying to remove the CD??


If this is the case then what was the fatal error?
