I received a message the trial time has expired. When this happened before,
I spoke with a representative and was told I only had to put in the product
key to reset. I did this twice. I also went through the steps of deleting
opa12.datfile. Both times I was told the actions were successful. Upon
reopening word the next notice I received stated the trial will expire
January 31, 2009-that is today. Why will it not reset?
