Microsoft Office work only for an Administrator Account

I'm working on a Windows XP computer and my computer is a part of a Domain.
When I'm logging on with an Administrator Account, Office is working
properly, but when I'm log in with a simple user account, it doesn't work.
I've try to reinstall Office sereral time, nothing.
