The overwhelming majority of Office updates can't simply be "uninstalled".
If the reversion is necessary for some reason [and you don't have a backup
at that level] you'd probably have to run Remove Office, reinstall, then
update to the desired level.
Since this isn't something that most people would be asking about without
some degree of motivation - usually a problem - perhaps you'd care to share
more about why you're interested. Perhaps there is a more appropriate
solution to be offered.
