Microsoft Office XP and Microsoft Project 2000

Hi guys,

I am going back to school in 2004 and I want to stick
Office and Project in some form on to the old PC. Current
Operating system is Win 98 SE, is it possible to run XP
and Project 2000 on this O/S?
